V9 turned up on my homepage out of the blue so to speak. My computer has been running rough-shod ever since. In fact I cannot run my computer in normal windows mode. I can only run it in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORK SUPPORT. Otherwise it takes forever just to open basic files or programs, we’re talking 20 minutes to open control panel.
I am hoping this removal toll will improve performance and access to the internet . Forever in your debt if it helps. P.N.
